New Vampire Miyu is a sequel manga to Vampire Princess Miyu. It centers around Miyu and Larva as they team up with various other Japanese Shinma to save the Japanese Shinma Realm from a mysterious group of Western Shinma led by Prince Cait-Sith of the Quoral Empire, who plots to destroy the Japanese Shinma realm by reviving his mother, a powerful sorceress who attacked the Japanese Shinma realm and was sealed away by one of Miyu's grandparents. It takes place between the first two volumes of the main Vampire Princess Miyu manga.
