Lilith (リリス?) is a skeleton Western Shinma working for Garline. She arrived with Garline and Barrow to obtain Larva and bring him back to the west. As Larva was battling Barrow, Lilith appeared and used her ocarina to weaken Larva making him easy to capture.
When Miyu encountered her, Lilith used her ocarina to weaken Miyu until Shiina revealed that she was "made like Papier-mâché" and Miyu used her fire attack on Lilith, reducing her to a skeleton and Lilith disintegrated.
In the manga, she is the younger sister of Carlua, who accompanies Lemures as the attempt to construct a phantom castle. She has seduced and drank the blood of numerous unsuspecting men, and her main motivation for coming to Japan was to convince Carlua to return home. She also used a devastating rose-thorn whip for combat instead of the ocarina she used in the TV anime.
